Why, it's Bonhomme Carnaval, the King of Carnaval de Québec!

Bonhomme Carnaval has been the ambassador of the Carnaval de Québec since 1955 when he started warming the hearts of people in Québec during frosty winters. Though this 3" button isn't as old at the Bonhomme himself, it's still dates back to the 1970s which is pretty neat!
